Attacking Corner Routines
Set pieceU15–U18Difficulty 4/5
15 minutes · 16–20 · Penalty area · Opposed
Objective
- Turn a corner into a genuine scoring chance rather than a hopeful ball
Set-up and how it runs
- Set up a defending unit of six plus a keeper against an attacking unit of six.
- Walk through three routines: an inswinger to the near post, an outswinger to the penalty spot, and a short corner to create a crossing angle.
- Run each routine unopposed twice, then live.
- Every routine keeps two players out for the second ball and one on the halfway line for the counter.
- Finish with six live corners, scoring properly.
