Objective
- Play, score, and start to notice where the space is
Set-up and how it runs
- Set a goal in the middle of each of the four sides.
- 3v3. Each team attacks two goals and defends two.
- No goalkeepers. Every ball out is a dribble-in, not a throw.
- Play four-minute games and rotate the teams so everyone plays everyone.
Equipment
- 4 small goals or 8 cones
- Bibs
- Balls
Coaching points
- If one goal is guarded, go to the other one
- Spread out — don't all chase the ball
- Have a go: shoot when you see the goal
- Everybody defends when the other team has it
Progressions
- Two-touch maximum in the last minute
- A goal only counts if everyone is over the halfway line
- Make one goal worth double
