Body-Part Dribble
Warm-upU6–U8Difficulty 1/5
8 minutes · Any number, one ball each · 20 × 20 yards · Unopposed
Objective
- Build a first relationship with the ball through the whole body, not only the feet
Set-up and how it runs
- Players dribble freely inside the square.
- Call a body part — knee, elbow, head, back, bottom — and players stop the ball and put that part on it.
- Last one to do it does three toe taps and rejoins. Nobody is out.
- Mix in football commands: 'sole', 'inside', 'outside'.
