Knock the Cone Down

Objective
- Passing accuracy, with an obvious target and an obvious result
Set-up and how it runs
- Stand a tall cone in the middle of each channel. Two or three players spread around it, eight yards out.
- Players pass at the cone. Knock it over and you score a point.
- Reset the cone straight away and keep going for ninety seconds.
- Count the team score, then move the cone a yard further out and go again.

- Tall cones or poles
- A ball each
Coaching points
- Look at the target, then look at the ball as you strike it
- Inside of the foot for accuracy
- Follow through towards the cone
- Take a settling touch before you strike
