Coordination Circuit
PhysicalU6–U8Difficulty 2/5
10 minutes · 6–16, working in pairs · 25 × 10 yards · Unopposed
Objective
- Develop foot speed, balance and rhythm, then attach a ball to the end of it
Set-up and how it runs
- Lay out three short stations in a line: ladder, then hurdles, then a slalom of four cones.
- Players go through the ladder (two feet in each rung), hop the hurdles, then slalom the cones on foot.
- At the end of the slalom there is a ball waiting — dribble it back down the outside to the start.
- Keep the queue to three players per station so nobody stands still for long.
